40 minThis is a lovely moist loaf which is very quick to make. I often make this for my boys who are very much into fitness but I also like the occasional slice with my breakfast cup of coffee.
Banana & Chocolate Protein Loaf
INGREDIENTS
2 large bananas, mashed
100g ground oats
70g vanilla whey protein powder
100g crunchy peanut butter
100ml Greek yoghurt
3 large eggs, beaten
70g dark chocolate chips
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 160C fan and grease and line a small loaf tin.
Combine all the ingredience in a large bowl with a wooden spoon and pour into the prepared tin.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 -40 minutes until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Leave to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and leave to cool completely.
The loaf will keep for about 3-5 days wrapped in foil.
